Non woven fabric is also named as Non Woven cloth, also known as non-woven fabric, is composed of directional or random fibers. It is called cloth because of its appearance and some properties. Non woven fabrics are moistureproof, breathable, flexible, light, non combustion supporting, easy to decompose, non-toxic and non irritating, rich in color, low in price, recyclable, etc. For example, polypropylene (pp material) granules are mostly used as raw materials, which are produced by continuous one-step process of high temperature melting, spinning, laying, hot pressing and coiling. Advantages: 1. Light weight: the main raw material is polypropylene, and the unit weight is very small, accounting for only 3/5 of cotton. It is comfortable to touch. 2. Water repellent and breathable: the polypropylene raw material chip itself has no hydrophilic factor, and the moisture content is zero. The finished non-woven fabric is porous and has good air permeability. 3. In terms of environmental protection, it is easy to degrade. It can be completely decomposed in 90 days in outdoor environment, and the environmental pollution after waste is only 10% of that of plastic products.
Spunbonded non-woven fabric: extrude and stretch the polymer to form continuous filament, lay the filament into a mesh, and then make the mesh into non-woven fabric through self bonding, thermal bonding, chemical bonding or mechanical reinforcement.

It is non-toxic, tasteless, and highly effective in isolating bacteria. Through special treatment of the equipment, it can achieve the performance of anti-static, anti alcohol, anti plasma, water repellency and water production.
